Midna's great.

I wanted to use this as a reference for future drawings, hence the simple pose. It's not perfect, but I think I learned a lot from working on it. I'm a lot more comfortable painting without lines now, and I'm closer to settling on a method of shading that I like. Constructive criticism is, as always, appreciated, but it'll be a while before I get to it.

Oh-- anybody want a wallpaper-size-version? I have a few more closeups I could use to flesh it out.

Rubystar-wind-kokiri requested a picture of Midna. Hope you like it!

EDIT (JUNE 13 07): A few minor touchups. Darkened her head underneath the helmet, and added a few reflections from her glowy!markings. Tried to make her fit a little better into the background by adjusting that gradient as well. Thanks for all the constructive crits-- you guys are awesome! : D

I had fun messing with the atmosphere. Took ages to do find a level of bloomish-blur and amount of shadow fragments that worked, but I like the way it came out. : )
