Arcienne Ciel, Novena Espada.

A few random facts: While alive, she was a French pirate. She's a lefty. Is she named after her sword guard, or is the guard the way it is because of her name? : ) You decide. Still working out her release command and sword's name.

Arcinne and Fionn are from a poorly-thought-out future AU; none of the current canon characters are around anymore.
